Went to watch SP band concert yesterday.
Not bad sia!
The band is fun to watch.
Very bonded bunch of people.
Haha.

Their sound's good,
Only that sometimes the trumpets are out...
And they really stick out out.
And the band is too loud?
Think that's cos of the hall.
Yep.

Haha.
But I still think KSWS play Orient Express nicer leh.
=P

Maybe cos we have more older and more experienced players there ba.
Example,
The notes for the eupho parts are so high,
And all that double tounging and irregular beats..
If Mr Ng or Shishi weren't there that concert,
I'd have died lo.

Anyway,
The concert was great.
Really.

And Yuan Jun was so funny on stage,
XM and I can't help laughing.
=)

And I didn't know Song Ying was in SP.
Thought she went to JC.Woo...

Anyway,
WJ said that it was messy during interval.
Maybe sounds 'messy' cos of the hall ba.
VCH is quite echoy...
And if the band is too loud,
And the piece is fast with running notes and stuff,
Then it would sound messy ba?

But concert's over,
I enjoyed it,
Then ok lo.

Met up with Elisse,
XM and Ah Leong(?) at Raffles MRT station before the concert.
Met at 3PM.

Boon and Rachel and Makoto last minute pang seh.

Then walked aimlessly around the UOB Singapre building area,
Cos almost all the shops are closed.
Ate Mac.
Haha.
Talked weird and random stuff as usual,Many stuff abt Zi Sheng...
Then left for concert hall at abt 4.30PM.
Yep.
Haha.

Yeah.
The concert ended at 7..
Went to Raffles to meet Sze Hao and Si Ying.
Then we headed down to Marina Walk? to meet Lawrence,
Amy,Alicia,
And Makoto.
Haha.

Yeah.
Ate a super sized big chicken bun there...
And the bun had a mushroom in it...
So weird...
The KSWS people were laughing at me again lo.

Talked,
Introduced the SE phone features to Lawrence...
Helped to carry Alicia for a while.
She is sooo tall!!
OMG.
I think mei mei wasn't so tall when she was 4 months old lo.
Alicia's height is like the height of 6 to 8 month old babies!
Maybe cos Lawrence and Amy are tall...
But nvm la!
Baby grow up fast and strong...

Saturday’s practice is boo.
More ppl came down,

Drama teacher?

But he abit funny also…
Told us to control,
And play normally at a point of time,
Then telling us to let go and ‘take risk’ the other….Got the band kinda confused...

And Mr Ng came down last practice!
But played the trombone.

Haven’t seen him in ages,
So glad to see him.

Dinner was haha.
Ordered $6 worth of sour and spicy soup,
Shared among 5 people…
Each person take about 2 small bowls each…
