Meaning an av. of 10 per day.
Boo la!!

I know 10 sounds easy,
But really...
You get an average of 1 survey out of 10 calls...
And now,
The most no. of calls I hit was 110 calls in a day.
Then occassionally there are those who yakk and yakk non-stop and dun let you put down the phone,
And sometimes,
They don't even finish the survey.
Then there are those that actually complain problems to you...
And some people even complain their own private family/personal problems to you...
Wah sian lo.

I don't mind helping or listening,
But with quotas to meet,
Its darn difficult....
