My workplace's in Bedok.
Great food!!

So far,
I've eaten from 5 famous stalls.

The tauhuay and the Tiong Baru pao from the Bedok central!
Tauhuay's not bad,
Smooth and silky,
But I still have no idea why people are willing to queue 5mins for it...
Tauhuay is just tauhuay to me...

Since KSWS is IN TIONG BARU itself...
Haha.
But huat ah.
I like the paos from there!
The bread is damn nice and soft can?
If you want the har gao,
MUST go in the morning!
Normally by afternoon to evening all gone liao!!
I never got to buy it after work lo!!

Bedok South:
I ate the famous prawn noodles!!
Walau...
That one really must queue longlong sia.
The soup is nice,
Noodles are cooked the way I like it,
Springy and nice,
Not spongy or soggy at all!

But one thing to note:
They use prawn heads (duh) AND PORK LARD to cook the soup.
OMG.

So:

1. Be prepared to SEE pork lard floating in your soup
2. Be mentally prepared to accidentally chew on some pork lard (No matter how you try to pick them out)
3. Don't eat them too often.

I also tried the Jap food that Lena said appeared on TV.
I didn't know till I went back to the table with the food,
When Lena told me.
First, the queue wasn't long at all...
Probably cos the price wasn't too attractive ba...
I ate the chicken whatever-don and it cost me $4.50.
But needless to say,
THE FOOD IS GOOD!

Went to e.Blackboard on Friday.
Ate their chicken chop!
Was WAYY SUPERB beyond words!!
Hehehe.
And we had quite a cheap meal,
Cos THEY HAVE DISCOUNTS ON LUNCH HOURS!!!!!
And the queue wasn't long at all!!
But one '-' thing is that you have to wait for the food,
The place's quite ulu (to me),
And there aren't any Halal stalls there,
So your poor Malay friends have to tapao...

Heh!
We're gonna go there this Friday again!!
Gonna try their cutlet!
Can't wait!
