Longgggg post...
I gonna tag from last friday....
Okok
Here goes...

(27th Oct, Friday)

Went for (NYP) band camp.
Ahahaha.
Super fun!
We had band prac,
And sectionals,
Then settled down in our respective rooms....

Only
Yi Hui,
Pei Yi,
Jerold
And I stayed overnight.
Yeah.

We settled down for a while,
Slacked,
Then started to gather our things up to wash our instruments.

I remember that Huimin and another girl (both trumet) was washing tubas for Brendon and Thomas because both of them weren't able to attend the camp.
Okok....
Then Yi Hui did something VERY weird.

She filled a eupho up with water and,
Using her mouth piece,
BLEW HARD into it,
Making the water in the eupho gurgle.
Then she stopped and held the eupho a distance away from her.

Meanwhile,
Jerold,
Peiyi and I were standing nearby,
Watching her,
Wondering what she was doing.

Then,
Without warning,
The water SHOT out of the bell AND the mouth piece.
Ahahahah!!!
Gross!!!

Then all of us took turns and tried that.
It was gross,
But FUN.

After that,
We filled the instruments with water again,
And added liquid instrument soap in it.
Then,
Yi Hui or Peiyi said that we had to shake the instument to mix the soap and water together.
The instument itself is already so heavy!!
With water??

But!

Jerold did the shaking!!!
He volunterred to do it!!
We made a sick person do all the work...
So mean right?
Ahahaha.
He was shaking the instument up and down so fast,
He looked like the doll that shakes the bubble tea in the night bazzar that comes one in every few years in Ubi.
The whole scenario was so funny!!!

In the meantime,
Peiyi and I were howling with laughter,
Yi Hui was videoing parts of the whole thing.
At the 1st attempt of the shaking,
She told Jerold to give his best shot....
Jerold shook REALLY hard,
Till the water really foamed up.
Then Yi Hui suddenly said:
"Omg! I forgot to press the record button!!!"

Wahahahahahaha.

Poor Jerold had to do it all over again for the second eupho....
(Actually he did that for our 4 euphos.)
Wee~~~!

Then we rinsed the euphos 3 times each.
Had to turn it round so many times while rinsing to get all the soap out....
Super tiring!!

But we enjoyed ourselves very much.
Laughed the whole night through.

We went to wash our instruments at10++,
Went back at 12+++
Ahahah.

We settled down,
Cleaned out out tubing and valves,
And polished till about past 2+ AM.
Ahahah.
We had not actually finished polsihing,
But it was already so late,
And there is practice at 10 tomorrow.
Then Huimin told us to pack our stuff and continue tomorrow.
We pestered saying that we just came back,
And dragged it till 3AM.
Ahahahah.

I didn't bother to finish polishing,
Beacuse I know that it will get dirty again.
Sure enough,
It did. =)

Peiyi and I stayed awake till 4++ AM,
Lying down in the eupho sectional room ourselves and listening to her Mp3.
I still remember that my emotions felt a little weird....
I was so happy about the night's event.
But as it settled down,
And I was in the room,
I thought of Peiyi and Yi Hui.
They are already Year 3.
They won't be with me for long....
They are going to leave soon.
The thought leaves me feeling lonely.
Super lonely...
I didn't want them to leave....

Yi Hui is always so funny...
No matter how bad my day was,
She could somehow do some funny things that make you smile.

Peiyi....
Ahahaha.
She sooo cute.
Not to mention blur.
Ahahaha.
She is so blur to the extent,
Sometimes,
When you talk to her,
She will not get it...
No matter how you explain.

You tell her a joke,
She'll take a few extra seconds to figure it out and laugh...

Sometimes,
You will feel confused in wether to scold her or to laugh about it.


No la...
She's not blur...
She's just too innocent. =)


Haiz...
After they leave,
The section will be sooo different....

Cheryl (Year 2) is always so busy in terms of personal aspects,

Gordon is always,
For some reason,
Thinking of quitting.

Hong Sheng is just uncontrollable....
He's just uninterested in the band.
You tel him to do something,
He'll ask why,
But not do it even after you've explained and persuaded him....
Sick....

That leaves with only Jerold and me....
(Regular band attendance.)
Jerold is quite a fun person to be with.
DON'T get fooled by his "guai" and "nerdy" appearance!!
He is actually VERY VERY cheeky!!

I just hope everything goes well.

For now,
I'll just cherish every band practice I have in NYP.


28th Oct (Saturday)

EVERYBODY overslept.
We were to wake up at 8AM,
I think.
I woke up at 6.43,
Saw many dead (asleep) people lying around outside,
And went back to sleep.

Woke up at 8+,
Almost 9am.
Peiyi and some others are still sleeping.
People are already awake.
Gordon and Hong Sheng came already....

Peiyi was woken up by the sound if the door opening and closing...
We gathered our stuff and went to the toilet to brush our teeth,
And change.

At that time,
The hornists are already up and having sectionals already.

Then,
Everyone went down for breakfast.
Jasper is talking crap as usual.
Just beacuse I hit his hand and his coffee flew??

................

Then,
Hongsheng,
Jerold and Gordon went to wash their instruments.
They wash it so very quickly!
With soap and everthing??
You sure??
How??
The rest of us didn't even realize that they had actually left!!
Omg...

Anyway,
They sat in the room and polished their instuments while Peiyi,
Yi Hui and I went down to the band room for orchestra.

(P.S. Almost the whole band was late.... The strings had already started... So paiseh...)

After that,
We ate our lunch,
And watched the alumni having practice.
They are soooooooo sooooo good!!!!
Omg....

The alumni suddenly had full attendance,
And there weren't enough instruments,
So some of us went around without instuments.

Watched a little of Scary Movie 4.
Such lame crap.
A waste of money.

Aftert that,
Main band prac....
I left early as Jing Song and James are waiting for me outside.
Then went all the way to Tiong Baru,
Met th girl from horn,
Ate dinner,
Band prac.

Then,
I went to East Shore Hospital.
Heard that Denise had given birth to her baby earlier that day.
Saw Annabelle.
So cute!!!!
Arrgh!!!
I want her!!! X)
Hehehe.

Denise was was tired...
She was asleep when I went there.

Ahahaha.
Ming Kuan told me that he had actually fainted when Denise told him that she was in pain,
Making Denise call the ambulance and wait herself....
(Denise's husband is in Australia for a meeting for some big project.)
Aiyoh....
Ming Kuan....
Lol.
He did exactly the same thing when Elaine gave birth to Mark....
You over-excited already....

I left after a short while,
Cos its getting late.
(Didn't tell my mom I was going to the hospital.)


29th Oct (Sunday)
Ok....
I remember quarrelling with Eve in the morning.
Thats all.
Not a very nice memory...
So shan't be elaborating.

Went to see my uncle in the afternoon.
He got into hospital AGAIN.
Because of a fever.
Aiyoh.
They say that his body fluids were not drained out properly.

He got into GlenEagles this time.
A private one.
They are very good!
Fast and efficient.
He's already out of the hosptal.

The only setback is that:
Their hospital looks spooky,
Especially the underground carpark.


30th Oct (Monday)

31st Oct (Tuesday)
Halloween!!!
I remember!!
I saw Amelia's class doing Cosplay.
Amelia was dressing up as Zorro.
But the sword....
-_-!!!

Then...
Band prac.
Went in late,
Because of Stats lecture.
The band room totally NO more space for me lor!!
So many people....
My poor section people were all squashed in one corner....
Haiz.

I took out my instrument,
Warmed out outside.
Went back in,
Peiyi handed me a score.

Lol.
Elieen
Then got me a chair in a small space between the Welfare cabinet and the spare chairs.
She told me to set up a stand and just play there....
Wahlau.....
Like condemned player lor!!!

The band was playing I will survive.
Lol.
I had only just received the score....
So try out lor!

As the trombonists were completely blocking my view,
Elieen conducted,
I play....

Then STUPID Yong Jun keep laughing at me from the front.
(To his girlfriend: "Sorry...")

The piece is very messy jump here and there....
Aiyoh....

Then after that break,
Peiyi went home to do her homework/project,
I sat in her seat.

Then play El Camino Real.
Wtf.
I alone again.
Really solo sia.

But good!!
I didn't play wrong note!!!!
Or come in late!
Or come in early either.

At the end of the practice,
Elieen said the I sound quite good in the solo...
But have to be louder....
Ahahaha.
Jerold said I sounded quite good....
He said that he heard the flutes say it too...
(But are you sure??)
But I was not really encouraged...
Cos Laoshi didn't say anything....

1st Nov (Wednesday)
I was late for class again!
Ahahaha.

The whole class (almost) are wearing the class tee....
But somehow,
I wasn't informed....
Felt super du lan.
(:P I learned this from Andy. Ahahaha.)

I remeber that Jiayi was really sick,
And so we cancelled the Econs outing.

I remembered that I went to Hougand to buy my blazer and pants after school,
While Ming Zhu,
Yen Ling and their 3 friends went to watch The Sinking Of Japan.
The story-line is not too good,
I heard.
But the graphics is.

Oh ya!
And the strawberry thing.
Ahahaha.

2nd Nov (Thursday)
Okok....
Its yesterday already??
Lol.
Weird statement.

Late for class again.

Anyway,
I didn't get to do my speech,
Which is good.
Yay!!!

But I was called to read...
and stuttered a lot....
T.T

During the lesson,
Almost everybody was called to read something.
There was a joke (Cassandra and I got that.),
Tounge twisters,
Dramatic passages.
Lol.
Quite fun la!
To be honest.

My Aunt bought me a bag for my birthday.
But the bucle of the strap was broken.
Went to change the bag strap after school.
Went to Woodlands where the shop was,
The shop closed down.

Ice,
I'm really sorry...
Make you bring me all the way there for nothing...

Then Ice went to shop before going home,
I decided to go to Compass Point.
Woodlands is so big!!
I got a little lost in there.
But found the MRT eventually.

I Kenna dua!
They told me Compass was in Hougang,
But its in SENGKANG.
Wtf.
I walk aroung Hougang,
Look at their maps but cannot find the mall....

Then decided to take a taxi.
Cost:$4.10.
Wtf.

Went to the basement where the shop is,
Changed the strap.
The young salesgirl was very nice,
Taught me how to put the strap on,
And taught me the various ways I can put the strap.

After that,
I walked around.
Compass Point is soooo pretty!!
Its built with a pirate theme...
Cool!
There's a sculture of a ship protruding out from a wall.
Wow....
Then there's this mini-lighthouse....

Ate a hotdog at an American style hotdog erm... shop.

Then I found out that I was lost again....
Lol.
Didn't even remember where the entrance was.
Walked in circles...
Asked people,
And found my way there.
Then took and excahanged trains back to Yio Chu Kang.

Band prac yesterday was like that lor.
I was tired from all the walking and travlling...
My sound is still very tiny.
Crapped a lot with Zhi Sheng.
Got 5 extra tickets for the performance.
Sasa like very tired....
So is Yi Hui...
Then suddenly everybody like all very tired liddat.
Why ar?
