Hello people!

2 weeks have passed since I blogged.
Hahaha.

Work is damn stressful nowadays...
Haha.
All these stuff before the week.
Woo.
Work is piling like crazy,
And it is going to be crazy for the next 2 weeks.
But so far, pretty ok...
Maybe it's because I haven't felt the full impact yet??
Probably.... =X

LOL.

Anyway,
Went to see a doctor last week.
Another doctor...
Hai.

Stupid,
Have to do the stupid cycle again:
Eat medicine, See doctor, eat medicine....

Hahaha.
See so many doctors,
Ate so many pills...
People say that sick people will lose appetite and lose weight,
I seem to be losing my appetite and need to sleep,
Yet my weight is still going up.
HAHAHAHA.

Dunno if it's the medicine this time round or what,
I seem to need very little sleep.
Ever since I started the medication on Friday,
I did not sleep well...
Will just toss and turn on the bed.
(I hate it cos I'll start to worry and panic about things.)

Difficult to say...
Cos my stress level now is pretty high too.
It could be the stress,
It could be the medicine...
Maybe it could be both??
Hahaha.
Better stop before I scare myself.

But my brain and body seems to be working fine,
Only that I feel slightly more tired than usual (prob due to 'lack' of sleep, and that I'm drinking water like a water barrel or someone who just got out of the desert,
Yet my lips are cracked and dry like I didn't drink for days.
And my sweat is pouring like rain,
Which some of you might know,
Is not normal for me.
(I hardly sweat, even after playing or doing sports
This is normal for ME, as I have this weird thing going on since young.)


Stupid side effects.


Let's talk about band?
Yeah.
Coached the kids on Sat morning as usual.
Can really feel my patience running out.
(Let's skip the good one first.)
One doesn't practice on the instrument,
And is really de-proving every time I see her.
The other one just don't take sectionals seriously,
And overconfident at times.
She can't play it, yet she doesn't want to practice.
Doesn't play when I ask her to,
Yet during main prac,
She looks at you and expects you to help and play with her.
During sectionals,
She's the one with the most complaints.
The last one is always absent for sectionals.
I haven't seen her since I changed the sectional day.

Hai,
Dunno what to do with the 3 of them.
Went to the office to do a little work before cabbing down to NYP for alumni band prac. (I didn't notice the time.)

Saw Ibrahim and the other saxo players and Dr. Goh heading to the basketball court.
Nothing to say much about it.

Went to band room with Chris and Jia Yun.
Had just enough time to settle down before prac started.
Played some songs I can't really remember...
Challenging, YES.
But some are really nice,
Like the Pico-something.

Elieen brought some weird and difficult scores down...
Something wood.... (I think)

Running notes.

Super high notes.

GOODNESS.
Siao can.
Luckily Keith was playing eupho with me that day,
If not really can silent mode for the song.

The rest are quite ok...
Sightread the pieces myself after the break cos Keith went to play the timpani.
Kind of disappointed cos of the confidence issue again.
Must really work on it.
ALOT.

There's one piece in the second half with the eupho soli...
Machiam solo for me that day la.
It isn't difficult,
But whoa.
Really cannot tahan, shivered while playing.
Tone quality damn kns.
Rendered useless liao la.
Stopped halfway,
Then continued.
Dunno like that counted as improve or not,
Last time will automatically be in 'silent mode'...

This probably shows that I'm too reliant on people ba.
There was Shuwen and Enru in GM,
Hong Sheng, Jerold, Peiyi and Yi Hui in NYP,
There was Mr Ng and Shishi last time in KS,
Then almost every year we had guest players coming in after that,
And Lawrence this year...
Need to jiayou le.
Really must.

Really cannot do this anymore...
(At least I had one foot out?)

Went to KSWS after that.
Last prac till December.
Bleagh.

Really don't know what I'll do on Saturday nights for the next 3 months...
But then,
I can really do with extra time on weekends to help lighten my load for work.
And if I have time,
Probably make space for dinner with some friends ba.

Anyway,
Eupho was a squeeze!
I was the 1st one to come,
Then An came,
And Xiu Mei told me that Aldwyn was attending too.
Then I had one more chair and stand,
BUT!
Before Aldwyn came,
Hong Sheng came in!
My God.
I was totally unprepared as Ibrahim told me earlier that day that he won't be going down for alumni and Kimseng prac.
AHHHHHH.
Then had to really shift for space...
An's head is literally beside Lawrence's tuba bell...
Sorry.

Yup,
So by 8.30P.M.,
There're 4 euphos:
An, Sheng, Ah boy and me.
Not exactly alot to other bands,
But whoa...
I haven't played with so many eupho players since my days at NYP main band.
Hahahaha.
(There used to be 6... But I remember we had 8 in year 2??)
Hmm...
The 4 blended in pretty okay...
Not too bad,
And I could actually hear the harmony between the 2 parts after awhile...
YAY!

Anyway,
I was happy that day!
Haha.

Aldwyn was probably not feeling well...
He looked tired and pale that day.
And he was SUPER SUPER quiet.
So I was literally talking to An and Sheng beside me.
And Charlie was literally asking for us to settle down and be quiet for at least 2 times.
MUAHAHAHAHA.

Weiyi's funny!
He went to play the percussion!!
There was one piece (I think it's Ali Baba) when he hao-lianed and played the bass drum and snare together.
But hey, I AM impressed!
One hand with the drum stick,
The other with the bass drum stick,
Yet can play in beat and sync.
He's good!
Anyway,
Weiyi kept making some weird and funny faces and poses,
Sheng and I are literally laughing over at the other side.

Yueyuan came late yesterday.
HAHAHA.

BOTAK!

Hmmm...
He didn't change that much though,
Only became slightly~~ darker.
And voice became deeper.
He even looks like himself even after he shaved his head...
No fun de... Humph.
(Hahahaha)


Yup.
Played the pieces.
Had loads of fun playing that day in KS.

Went to eat.
Yueyuan didn't talk clearly again,
Miscommunication,
So I had dinner myself again.
The fast food outlets had many people seated AND queueing up
So I bought some takeaway sushi that were on offer and ate it outside near the office building at Tiong Plaza.
What to do?

Then stupid Yuan,
We agreed to meet at 11P.M. at the bus stop,
He smsed me that they're reaching the bus stop at 10.30P.M.
Was kind of fed up then,
Cos we agreed to meet at 11P.M. and I was still eating.
But haiya.
Don't want to say anything la.
Went home with him and Bianc.
Chatted as usual on the bus lo.
He talked about ka-chaioing poor Sheng at one point,
Who didn't even realize that he said something that was wrong...
LOL.

Went home,
Watched abit of TV,
Went to sleep...
Or should I say, TRIED to sleep.

Yup.
Fitful sleep (The last time I checked the clock was 5.45A.M.,
Then woke up at 7.30+A.M. coaxed myself to sleep,
Then woke up again at 10A.M.)
I didn't want to get out of bed as I felt that I haven't slept enough...
So just lay on my bed hugging my pillows and clamping my eyes shut.
Mom came up and called me at 11.00A.M.

Today was basically work.
I attempted at clearing the tons of work to be done and handed in,
I set my deadline by this week...
Only managed to clear one stack today.
And the pile only went slightly smaller.
AHHHHHHHH!!!!!!
STRESS!!!

Never mind la.
Need to jiayou...
Must really pull myself away from the sofa after I come home from work these few days...
Have to,
If not this will never be completed.
Hai.

Okay...
It's already 4.45A.M.!
Better try to catch some sleep,
Need to wake up at 8A.M.
