Today was fun.
But there's one thing that worries me too.

Dax.

Dax is a good friend of mine...
The one that got stuck together with me in the school after a NDP celebration performance.

He has quit studying at NYP,
And is not a student of NYP anymore.

Okok....

Some of the people have been quite mean to him....
As in,
He wants to come back to the band,
But someone is saying mean things to him....
I don't know who;
Dax simply refuses to tell me.
I can't stand to see him so upset...
He's my friend!!



All I want to say is:

Can you (or you people) stop it?
There is nothing wrong with him coming back!!
He used to be in the main band,
Since he is not a student of the school anymore,
He can be counted as an alumni!!

There is nothing wrong with an alumni coming back to play,
Is there?
Can you people stop doing such mean things?

He must really love NYP band so much,
Even thinking of returning if the goddamned campus that he is so sick of.
Why are you stopping him?
A band is formed FOR PEOPLE WHO LOVE MUSIC.
Not for people to criticize other pepole.
He has the right to be in NYPSO.
He WAS a student afterall.


Please think about it.





And Dax!!

Have more confidence in yourself,
For goodness sake.
Your standard of music is not bad!!
You sight read better than me,
And your music theory is definitaely better than mine!
You can do it!!

You didn't even try,
How would you know that you cannot make it?
Things are just in front of you.
If you do not try and make an effort to do it,
You will never get it.

BUT!

If you try,
Even you tried hard but failed,
You will just gain experience.
You will no regret it.

Even if you did not make it,
You look back,
And you will see that you have improved.

You have taken the first step already;
Improving yourself.

It surely beats complaining and regretting that you did not make an effort even to try in the future.

I just want you to know,
You are you.
Louis is Louis.
I,
Jiejun is Jiejun.
Other people are other people.
You have some qualities that other people like me do not have.
Remember that.

I don't know if you'll read this.
You may,
And hate me for this post.
But I felt that I HAVE to tell you this.
Even if you hate me after reading this,
I can't do anything.
You ARE my friend.

I do what I am to do as a friend.
I don't want to see anyone around me hurt.
No matter who it is.
